Silver City Revitalization 1965 to 2010

Silver City today hosts many family friendly events and activities in the park and the community center.
Silver City today is an Arts and Cultural Resources Production Center where many artists, writers, musicians, and artisans have home studios and workshops. The town also has an arts group, a resident artist program, and a summer arts and science program, all offering free, public programming.


Since 2003, the town has had an annual free science and arts summer program for area children.

Silver City has a volunteer library located in the community center for convenient access.
